加强国有企业党风廉洁建设,确保国有企业资产保值增值,是关系国计民生的重大问题,而各级纪检监察机构作为监督的专责机关,肩负着监督执纪问责的重要职责。因此,国有企业各级纪检监察组织和纪检监察干部必须要加强自身建设。针对国企纪检干部队伍现状,强化选拔使用,着力搭建纪检监察干部干事创业的平台;强化培养锻炼,着力提高纪检监察干部履职尽责的能力;强化责任担当,着力发挥纪检监察组织在建设山清水秀政治生态中的保障作用。

It is thoroughly concerned with national well--beings to strengthen the work toward a clean and honest government within the state--owned enterprises in order to secure and increase the value of state--owned enterprises property. As the main watchdog, discipline inspection and supervision at all levels shoulder the essential responsibili- ty of supervision, enforcement and accountability, so discipline inspection and supervision organizations and cadres at all levels within state--owned enterprises should enhance self--discipline. Keeping this in mind, three measures should be taken. First, to set up the appropriate platform for the discipline inspection and supervision cadres by pri- oritizing the scientific selection. Second, to improve the commitment and accountability of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres by training. Third, to fully cultivate the potential of inspection and supervision organizations in order to safeguard clean political scenario.
