当前在国有企业中大力弘扬工匠精神具有重要意义。结合实际,深刻理解清河工匠精神的内涵,它包括爱企爱岗的奉献精神,专心专注的敬业态度,精益求精的职业素养,创新创优的不懈追求等内容。要进一步弘扬工匠精神,必须坚持铸匠魂,把工匠精神融入企业文化建设;育匠才,把工匠精神薪火相传;搭匠台,把工匠精神植入生产经营管理。

It bears special meaning to promote vigorously the craftsmanship in state--owned enterprises at present. Based on the reality in Qinghe, craftsmanship includes contributions with passionate, commitment with concentra- tion, professionalism with perfection and ambitions with innovation. In order to promote the craftsmanship, what needs to do is to build the enterprise culture with craftsmanship in order to consolidate such spirit, to pass on the craftsmanship from generation to generation in order to nurture personnel and to operate and manage the enterprise with craftsmanship in order to provide the platform for the craftsman.
