The construction of socialist rule of law is bound to solve the problem of power supervision. Supervision system reform is a major measure to deal with this problem. From the evolution process of the ＂separation of three powers＂ in the west, the paper objectively analyzes the historical progress and the limitations of the ＂separation of the three powers＂. Then analysis of the advantages of the system in the supervision of the National People＇s Congress within the framework of the Commission in the power of supervision, and thus firmly promote the confidence of the reform of the supervisory system.
