Economic Analysis of the Central Air Condition System for Buildings in a Park at Hangzhou

以杭州地区某园区楼宇集中空调系统为研究对象,介绍了具有冷热源模式的集中空调系统的工作原理,将该模式的集中空调系统与常规分散式空调系统的经济性进行对比,可以得出以下结论:采用集中式空调系统能够很好地控制调节系统末端空气性能参数,使其保持在设计值范围内;集中空调系统夏季月份可节约电费29万元,冬季月份可节约电费13.2万元。

This article has made a research on central air condition system of a park,the operating principle of the system with cold/heat source also has been introduced. The economic was analysed between the central air condition system and the distributed system. The result showed that： the central air condition system can effectively control the performance parameters of the air in the house within the scope of the design value; meanwhile, the operation cost of the central air condition system can save 0.29 million yuan in the summer season, and 0. 132 million yuan in the winter season respectively.
