脊髓灰质炎后综合征尚无特效治疗方法。目前采用的治疗方法有药物治疗、运动疗法、认知行为疗法、作业治疗、理疗及水疗、中医治疗、支具和辅助治疗、心理和社会因素调整、跨学科康复综合治疗等。

There is no specific treatment for post-polio syndrome. The common applied therapies include mediciation, exercise, cognitive behavioural therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, assistive technology, psychological and social factors adjustment, interdisciplinary comprehensive rehabilitation, and so on.
