疏血通联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗塞临床观察

Clinical observation of Shuxuetong combined with edaravone in treating senile cerebral infarction

目的探析对老年脑梗塞患者采用依达拉奉与疏血通联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的脑梗塞120例老年患者为研究对象,按照双盲法将其分为两组,每组60例。予以对照组依达拉奉治疗,予以观察组依达拉奉与疏血通联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组患者的总有效率为68.33%,明显低于观察组的86.68%(P<0.05);对照组患者不良反应率为20.00%,明显高于观察组患者的6.67%(P<0.05)。结论针对老年脑梗塞患者给予依达拉奉与疏血通联合治疗,不但疗效显著,而且还能降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To study the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Shuxuetong in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the double-blind method, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with edaravone, and the patients in the observation group were treated with edaravone combined with Shuxuetong. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 68.33% in the control group, which was significantly lower than 86.68% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate in the control group was 20.00%, which was significantly higher than 6.67% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of edaravone and Shuxuetong in elderly patients with cerebral infarction not only has remarkable curative effect, but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with high safety.
