Objective To observe the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with low-dose urokinase and its influence on patients" nerve function, quality of life in patient with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy in combination with small dose of urokinase, while the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, neural function and quality of life before and after treatment, the incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The scores of neurological deficit and the daily life ability of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed, and the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusion Clopidogrel in combination with small dose of urokinase in treatment of progress cerebral infarction can significantly improve the prognosis, reduce the degree of nerve injury, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
