中西医结合治疗髌骨骨折42例临床价值分析

Clinical effect of 42 cases of patella fracture treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的探究中西医结合治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取来我院接受治疗的髌骨骨折患者84例,随机分为对照组(42例)和试验组(42例),对照组采用西医常规治疗,试验组采用中西医结合治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果和满意度进行对比分析。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为95.24%,总满意率为92.86%,明显优于对照组的78.57%、76.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对髌骨骨折患者采用中西医结合治疗,可以显著提高治疗效果,有效缩短治疗时间,提高患者生活质量,具有较好的安全性与可靠性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of patella fracture treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with patellar fracture treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group （n=42） and experimental group （n=42）. The control group was treated with western medicine, while the experimental group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%, and the total satisfaction rate was 92.86%, which were significantly higher than 78.57% and 76.19% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with patella fracture, conbined of traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the treatment effect, shorten the treatment time, improve the quality of life of patients, which has good safety and reliability.
