“知--信-行”教育模式对提升进修护士PICC护理能力的效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨"知—信—行"教育模式对提升进修护士PICC护理能力的效果。方法随机抽取320名进修护士作为研究对象并随机分配到试验组(n=162)和对照组(n=158)。试验组研究对象以"知—信—行"模式为基础的教育培训;对照组研究对象接受常规教育培训。比较两组研究对象的PICC相关评分。结果教育前,两组的PICC相关知识得分[(13.28±3.74)vs.(12.69±4.01)]、PICC信念得分[(78.85±8.29)vs.(79.12±8.94)]比较差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。教育后,试验组的PICC相关知识得分显著高于对照组[(24.42±3.16)vs.(20.30±3.85)](P<0.05),PICC信念得分显著高于对照组[(94.88±11.92)vs.(89.41±11.06)](P<0.05),但两组的PICC相关行为得分未明显差异[(25.18±4.35)vs.(24.46±4.98)](P>0.05)。结论"知—信—行"教育模式可显著提升进修护士的PICC相关知识技能水平,可广泛用于PICC的相关培训中。 Objective To explore the effect of the application of the Knowledge--Attitude--Practices (KAP) model in improving training nurse" ability of PICC nursing. Methods Three hundred and twenty cases of training nurses were randomly selected and allocated to study group (n=162) and control group (n=158), the study group received the KAP model-based training, while the control group received the traditional training, the PICC-related scores were compared in the two groups. Results Before education, there were no significant differences in the the knowledge scores of the PICC [(13.28+3.74) vs. (12.69±4.01)], the attitude scores of the PICC [(78.85+8.29) vs. (79.12±8.94)] between the two groups (P〉0.05). After education, the knowledge scores of the PICC in the study group was higher than that of the control group [(24.42±3.16) vs.(20.30+3.85)] (P〈0.05); the attitude scores of the PICC in the study group was higher than that of the control group[(94.88±11.92) vs. (89.41±11.06)] (P〈0.05); there were no significant differences in the behavior scores of the PICC between the two groups [(25.18±4.35) vs.(24.46±4.98)] (P〉0.05). Conclusion KAP model-based training can significantly improve training nurse" ability of PICC nursing, can be widely used in PICC related training.
