循证护理在习惯性流产患者妊娠后的应用效果

Application effect of evidence-based nursing in the pregnancy of patients with habitual abortion

目的分析循证护理在习惯性流产患者妊娠后的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院于2015年5月至2016年5月收治的80例习惯性流产患者的病历资料,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上,对患者进行循证护理,比较两组患者的临床疗效、护理满意度和不良反应发生情况。结果护理后,观察组患者35例妊娠成功,3例显效,2例无效,临床有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者37例满意,2例基本满意,1例不满意,护理满意度为97.5%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.5%,明显低于对照组的15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论习惯性流产患者应用循证护理,不仅提高了患者的临床疗效,同时提高了护理质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing on pregnant women with habitual abortion. Methods A retrospective analysis of the data of 80 patients with habitual abortion from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected, and all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group routine was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Then the curative effect, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results After nursing, in the observation group, there were 35 cases with pregnancy success, 3 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were invalid, the clinical effective rate was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 85.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 37 cases were satisfied, 2 cases were general satisfied, 1 patient was dissatisfied, the nursing satisfaction was 97.5%, which was significantly lower than 15.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.5%, which was significantly lower than 15.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in pregnancy patients with habitual abortion can not only improve the clinical curative effect of the patients, but also improve the quality of nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.
