1,6二磷酸果糖及磷酸肌酸治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎的疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究1,6二磷酸果糖和磷酸肌酸治疗儿童病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2016年10月收治的儿童病毒性心肌炎患儿80例,并将其均分为对照组和观察组。对照组40例患儿采用1,6二磷酸果糖治疗,观察组40例患儿采用磷酸肌酸治疗。观察比较两组患儿的心功能相关指标及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患儿的CK-MB、cTnT、cTnI水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的CK-MB、cTnT、cTnI水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组的cTnT、cTnI水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组的CK-MB水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为87.50%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论儿童病毒性心肌炎一经诊断应该及时对患儿进行治疗,就磷酸肌酸、1,6二磷酸果糖两种药物而言,磷酸肌酸能够获得较好的临床治疗效果,值得在临床上推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of 1,6-diphosphofructose and phosphocreatine in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods From January 2015 October to 2016, 80 cases of children with viral myocarditis in our hospital were selected as research subjects and equally divide into control group and observation group. 40 cases in the control group received 1,6-diphosphofructose and Fourty cases in the observation group accepted phosphocreatine. The cardiac function related indicators and therapeutic effect were compared and observed between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of CK-MB, cTnT and cTnI between the two groups (P〉0.05); after treatment, the levels of CK-MB, cTnT and cTnI were improved of the two groups, and the levels of cTnT and cTnI in the observation group were better than those of the control group (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in the level of CK-MB between the two groups. The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%, which was better than 70.00% of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Children with viral myocarditis should be timely receive treatment after diagnosis, for the two drugs of 1,6-diphosphofructose and phosphocreatine, the phosphocreatine has better treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
