依帕司他联合葛酮通络胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效

Clinical effect of epalrestat combined with Getong Tongluo capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察葛酮通络胶囊联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法将我院2014年3月至2016年2月收治的128例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组66例给予葛酮通络胶囊联合依帕司他治疗,对照组62例采用依帕司他治疗,观察两组患者的肌电图、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血液流变学情况和治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为90.90%,高于对照组的66.13%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组MNCV和SNCV均高于治疗前,且高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组FBG、HbA1L、rb、rp、PAD、IF较治疗前下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛酮通络胶囊联合依帕司他治疗DPN,可提高临床治疗效果,适合临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of epalrestat combined with Getong Tongluo capsule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods＇ One hundred and twenty-eight cases of DPN patients from March 2014 to February＂ 2016 were divided into treatment group and control group. Sixty-six cases in the treatment group were given Getong Tongluo capsule combined with epalrestat treatment, 62 cases in the control group were treated with epalrestat treatment. The EMG, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood theology and clinical effect between the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.90%, which was higher than 66.13% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the MNCV and SNCV of the treatment group were higher than those before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）. The FBG, HbA1L, rb, rp, PAD and IF of the treatment group were lower than those before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Getong Tongluo capsule combined with epalrestat in the treatment of DPN can improve the clinical curative effect, which is suitable for clinical application.
