摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练及护理对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能的影响。方法将2011年11月至2015年11月入住我院的91例胫骨下段骨折患者按照不同护理方法分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=46)。对照组患者进行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采取早期康复训练护理。护理干预后,比较两组患者的膝关节功能、FDP及DD水平、生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的膝关节功能优良率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05);护理后两组患者的FDP及DD水平较护理前均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组患者FDP及DD水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与护理前相比,护理后对照组患者的SF-36生活量表中各项评分均无显著变化(P>0.05);观察组患者SF-36生活量表中PF、BP、GH、SF、RE及MH评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论积极有效的早期康复训练可有效改善胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能,同时也可提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitation training on knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fractures. Methods Ninety-one cases of patients with tibial hypomere fractures admitted in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n= 46) according to different nursing methods. The control group accepted routine nursing, and the observation group accepted early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The knee joint function, FDP and DD levels, quality of life scores after nursing between the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the observation group was 95.65%, which was significantly higher than 75.56% in the control group (P〈0.05); after the nursing, the FDP and DD levels of the two groups significantly decreased (P〈0.05), and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with before nursing, the SF-36 scale life scores after nursing in the control group had no significant difference (P〉0.05), but in the observation group, PF, BP, GH, SF, RE and MH scores were higher than before nursing (P〈0.05), and PF, BP, GH, SF, RE and MH scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training and nursing can improve knee joint function of patients with tibial plateau fracture and improve quality of life, which should be promoted.
