员工建言行为研究探析

摘要 一、建言行为的概念内涵及其发展 20世纪70年代,经济学家Hirschman最早提出"建言"(voice)一词开始了对员工建言行为的研究,构建了EVL(exit,voice,loyalty)模型,即将退出、建言、忠诚这三种反应作为组织成员在对所处的组织现状满意度较低时会作出的行为反应。在此研究阶段,学者大多将建言行为看作员工对工作不满和组织问题的建设性反应。
