摘要
果葡糖浆是饮料中主要的甜味剂,越来越多的研究表明果葡糖浆的摄入可能危害身体健康。为此,本文综述了果葡糖浆健康风险的研究进展,并介绍了国内外对果葡糖浆健康危害的应对措施,以供国内食品工业界参考。
High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) is the main sweetener in beverages. and more and more studies showed that the intake of HFCS may be harmful to people' s health. Therefore, the research progress in health risk of HFCS was summarized in this paper, and How to Response to this risk was also introduced for the reference of the domestic food industry.
