美国总统特朗普上台后签发的"禁穆令",既是为履行其在竞选期间对支持者许下的诺言,体现"美国优先"及"保护美国安全"的政策主张,也源于其本人及其执政团队对穆斯林和伊斯兰国家的一贯偏见。"禁穆令"的出台引发了国际社会和美国国内的大规模抗议,但美国近半数民众对此禁令持支持的态度,表明美国国内尚存在严重的"伊斯兰恐惧症"和对恐怖袭击的担忧。特朗普的"禁穆令"意在运用区别对待的策略来分化伊斯兰世界,在撕裂美国社会的同时,也对美国中东政策走向产生了影响。种种迹象显示,特朗普政府将更多地从利益层面而非战略层面构建美国与伊斯兰世界的关系。

The 'Muslim Ban',which US President Donald Trump signed after taking power,isnot only a signal to fulfill his promise during the campaign,but also reflects the US policy advocating the 'America first'and 'protecting US security ',and it is the basis toward Muslims and Islamic countries of Trump and his cabinet. The 'Muslim Ban'has triggered large-scale protests from US domestic society internally and international communities externally. However,almost half of the US citizens support this ban,which shows the serious 'Islamophobia'in the US and people's fear toward terrorist attacks. Trump's'Muslim Ban'is aimed to drive a wedge in the Islamic world. It splits the US society,and at the same time impacts US Middle East policy. All the signs showthat the Trump administration will construct US-Islamic world relationship from mainly interests perspective instead of the strategic perspective.
