摘要
目的:研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清中段心房利钠肽原(MR-proANP)与神经体液系统变化的相关性。方法:选择在我院诊断为急性心肌梗死的56例患者作为AMI组,同期就诊的45例稳定型心绞痛患者作为SAP组、体检的60例健康志愿者作为对照组。采集血清并测定MR-proANP、神经体液相关激素、心肌重构相关分子的含量。结果:AMI组血清中MR-proANP、NE、E、PRA、Ang-Ⅱ、ALD、MMP2、MMP10、PICP、PⅢNP的含量显著高于SAP组、对照组;AMI组中MR-proANP高含量患者的血清NE、E、PRA、Ang-Ⅱ、ALD、MMP2、MMP10、PICP、PⅢNP含量均显著高于MR-proANP低含量患者。结论:AMI患者血清中MR-proANP显著升高且与神经体液代偿性改变程度、心肌重塑程度密切相关。
Objective: To study the correlation between serum midregional pro-atrial natriuretic peptide (MR-proANP) and neurohumoral system change in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods: A total of 56 patients who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital between May 2013 and December 2015 were selected as the AMI group, 45 patients with stable angina pectoris who were treated during the same period were selected as the SAP group, and 60 healthy volunteers who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum was collected to determine the levels of MR-proANP, neurohumor-related hormones and myocardial remodeling-related molecules. Resuits: Serum MR-proANP, NE, E, PRA, Ang-II, ALD, MMP2, MMP10, PICP and PIIINP levels of AMI group were significantly higher than those of SAP group and control group; serum NE, E, PRA, Ang-II, ALD, MMP2, MMP10, PICP and PIIINP levels in AMI group of patients with high MR-proANP levels were significantly higher than those in AMI group of patients with low MR-proANP levels. Oonclusions: Serum MR-proANP significantly increases in patients with AMI and is closely related to the degree of compensatory neurohumoral change and myocardial remodeling.
