摘要
邕江铁路特大桥是南宁枢纽工程控制性重点工程,邻近既有线,桥位处无覆盖层,基岩裸露,基础设计要求高。施工采用双壁钢围堰围护,施工难度大,安全风险高。本文阐述了基于水上平台的基岩机械破碎开挖技术,以及采用水中双壁钢围堰进行承台施工的关键技术。
Yongjiang River Railway Super Bridge is a key project of Nanning hub project, which is adjacent to existing railway line. The stratum at bridge site does not have cover layer on the bedrock. The foundation design puts forward high requirements to construction. In the construction, the double-wall steel cofferdam was applied as the enclosure structure. The construction difficult is large and the security risk is high. In this paper, the technologies for bedrock mechanics crushing and excavation based on water platform were introduced. Besides, the key construction technologies for platform using double-wall steel cofferdam as the enclosure structure in water were summarized.
