Evaluation on Risk Control State of Transit Project Safety Quality and Early Warning-oriented Prediction

根据政府建设行政监管部门对2015—2020年轨道交通工程安全质量状态评估的工作目标要求,结合项目实践经验,提出了以风险预报、预测为先导,以防坍塌体系施工安全质量管理状态的分析评价为主线的工作思路。在此思路基础上构建了工程安全全新的评估体系,并就风险管控状态评价及预警预测进行了系统的探讨。

According to the safety and quality status evaluation work requirements of rail transit construction project from2015 to 2020 formulated by government construction administrative supervision department,the work idea that takes the risk prediction as the forerunner and collapse prevention systemconstruction safety and quality management status analyzing and evaluating as the principal line was presented by combing with project practice experience. A newevaluation systemfor engineering safety was established on this basis and the risk control state evaluation and early warning-oriented was discussed systemically.
