摘要
聚氨酯固化道床中聚氨酯主要原材料有异氰酸酯、多元醇和催化剂,固化道床的耐久性要求聚氨酯固化材料经干热老化、湿热老化和紫外线老化后其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率保持率在70%以上。老化试验结果表明:聚氨酯固化道床用聚氨酯泡沫材料在多种严酷环境下均具有优异的耐老化性能,并能长期保持综合性能的稳定。基于人工加速湿热老化试验数据,采用时温叠加方法估算出聚氨酯固化道床用聚氨酯材料的使用寿命可达45.2年。
The main raw materials of polyurethane include isocyanate, polyol and catalyst in polyurethane solidified ballast bed, and the durability of solidified ballast bed requires that the tensile strength and elongation of polyurethane solidified material should be above 70% after dry-heat aging, hygrothermal aging and ultraviolet aging. Aging test results show that polyurethane foam material used in polyurethane solidified ballast bed has excellent aging resistance ability and can maintain long-term stability of the overall performance in a variety of harsh environments. Based on artificial accelerated hygrothermal aging test data and calculated by time temperature superposition method, the service life of polyurethane material used in polyurethane solidified ballast bed will be up to 45.2 years.
