摘要
发展重载铁路运输是我国解决铁路运输能力紧张的重要措施,是我国铁路货运发展的方向。重载铁路列车周期疲劳荷载的频率大且强度高,在其长期作用下橡胶垫板与轨枕承轨面易产生疲劳磨损,导致轨枕未达到设计服役年限便出现了严重的伤损现象。本文针对重载轨枕磨损现状,分析了轨枕磨损机制,提出了一种以修代换的方式处理轨枕磨损问题。通过轨枕磨损修复技术的应用,延长了轨枕的安全服役周期。此外从技术经济性角度分析了轨枕磨损修复技术的经济效益。
The heavy haul railway is an important measure to increase the transportation capacity in China and has become the development direction of freight railway. Due to the high frequency and strength of cyclic train load,it can easily lead to the fatigue wear of the rubber pad and the sleeper bearing surface,resulting in the failure to meet the design service life of the heavy haul sleeper. In order to solve the problemof the sleeper wear,the sleeper wear mechanismwas analyzed and a method of sleeper repair,instead of sleeper replacement,was put forward. The sleeper wear repair technology can prolong the service life of the sleeper. In addition,the paper analyzed the economic benefits of the repair technology as well.
