摘要
阐述拟建池黄铁路功能定位及客流特点对速度目标值的要求,并根据相关规划、通道分工、运输市场需求等对其时间目标值进行分析。提出250,300,350 km/h共3个速度目标值方案并进行投资效益对比分析。考虑到与相邻路网速度目标值以及时间目标值的适应性,推荐池黄铁路合理的速度目标值为350 km/h。
Requirements for speed target value according to the function orientation and passenger flowcharacteristics of the proposed Chizhou-Huangshan railway were put forward,and the corresponding time target value were analyzed according to the relevant planning,cannel division and transportation market demand. The speed target value schemes with speed of 250,300,350 km/h were presented respectively,the investment benefits of which were compared and analyzed. Considering the adaptability between the speed target value and the speed target value of the adjacent road network and the adaptability between the speed target value and time target value,the reasonable speed target value is 350 km/h as recommended in this paper.
