失独老人养老权益保障立法研究

目前我国失独老人养老权益保障需求日益凸显,但在法律保障层面上还存在着失独群体养老保障立法严重滞后、养老权益时常受到损害的问题。应当抓紧从立法保护、司法保障、法律服务等方面入手,通过完善立法,强化保障,拓宽服务等多种途径,进一步完善我国养老权益法律保障制度。

At present, the demand of the old with death of only child security is increased. However, there still exist a lot of problem in the aspect of legal safeguard. For example, legislation of pension security is exceedingly lagging behind, and the right and interest of old-age pension is often damaged. We should take measures from aspects of legislative protection, judicial guarantee and legal services to solve these problem. Specifically, we need to take means of perfecting legislation, strengthening security, broadening the service and other ways to further improve the legal system of pension rights and interests.
