三亚新农村建设规划设计存在的问题及对策研究

指出了在新农村建设中,产业的发展和打造特色乡村是关键,通过对三亚新农村的代表村落进行的调查与研究,总结了目前三亚新农村建设的现状和问题,提出了新农村建设中应转变传统观念,强调以农民和农业为主,且结合自身特点,加强乡村景观的打造,并以中廖村、槟榔村和南山村为代表,探讨了一些新农村可持续发展的途径和方法,以供借鉴和参考。

In the new rural construction, it is important to develop industry and construct characteristic villages. Through the investigation and research on the new rural areas in Sanya, this paper summarized the current situation and problems of Sanya new rural construction. With its own characteristics, the paper proposed several suggestions on new rural construction： the change of traditional ideas emphasis on farmers and agriculture creation of rural landscape. Taking Liao village, areca village and Nanshan village as representatives, the paper put forward some new rural sustainable development ways and methods for reference.
