摘要
针对封闭小区开放对道路影响问题,分别从通行能力、小区设施、路网结构、交通状况四个方面寻找影响因素,通过熵权法建立小区开放对周围道路影响的指标体系。确定指标体系所包含指标的计算方法,然后对熵权法求得的熵值调整,使其适用于指标体系,最后综合指标与熵值建立多元非线性影响程度模型。小区开放应有选择地适度进行,根据周边车流量、周边道路饱和度、停车设施等指标提出合理的建议。
Aiming at the impacts of opening residential quarters on traffic, this paper searches influence factors from the four aspects of traffic capacity, residential quarter facilities, mad network structure and traffic conditions, thus establishing index system of the impacts of opening residential quarter on the surrounding roads by means of entropy weight. In determining the calculation in- dex contained in the comprehensive index and then adjusting entropy value derived from the entropy method to the index system, the author establishes a multivariate nonlinear influence degree model by combining comprehensive index with entropy value. As a re- sult, a residential community should be moderately, selectively and reasonably open, involving the different indices of the surround- ing traffic, saturation of surrounding roads, parking facilities and other indicators.
