基于地域性的历史文化村镇保护对策研究——以武汉市为例

Study on Protection Countermeasures for Historical and Cultural Villages and Towns Based on Regionalism——Taking Wuhan As an Example

历史文化村镇传承着地域文化基因,是一种宝贵的不可再生资源,其保护工作应充分考虑地方发展实际,实现村镇的可持续发展。以武汉市为例,从分析历史文化村镇的地域特征和保护工作存在的问题出发,立足于武汉自身的资源特点和发展阶段,提出了循序渐进的保护思路,并从保护规划编制、信息系统建设和政策法规完善等方面,介绍了历史文化村镇保护的规划对策和实践。

Historic towns and villages which inherit regional culture genes are valuable non-renewable resources.In order to achieve the sustainable development,the conservation process should fully consider the local actual situation.Based on regional characteristics and current situation of historic towns and villages of Wuhan city, the paper analyzes present problems,puts forward the idea to protect step by step,and introduces conservation strategy and practice in Wuhan from the aspects of improving planning system, constructing technology and database platform, and establishing relevant policies and regttlafions.
