国外相干体制激光测风雷达发展现状综述

摘要 过去几十年的发展历程显示了相干激光测风雷达具有精确的大气风场测量能力。在过去20年间,国外发展了10.6μm,2μm,1.6μm,1.5μm以及1.06μm等多个波段的相干激光测风雷达系统。其中,1.5μm波段的相干激光测风雷达由于处于光纤通信波段,器件成熟、成本低,且处于人眼的安全波段,近几年成为研究的热点,国内外多家机构进行了该领域的科学研究和商业化设备的生产。文章阐述了国外相干激光测风雷达的发展历程,对法国、英国、美国、日本、以色列等多个国家典型设备产品的构成和技术能力指标情况进行了描述;最后,提出了我国光纤体制相干激光测风雷达的关键技术攻关方向,为国内光纤体制相干激光测风雷达型号产品的发展提供重要的参考依据。 The development of recent decades shows that coherent wind lidar is capable of measuring atmospheric winds with accuracy. During the last 20 years,several coherent lidar systems( 10.6 m,2 m,1.06 m and 1.5 m wavelength) have been advanced, and 1.5 m wavelength wind lidar has become a hot spot in recent years because of its mature devices,low cost and secure wave band for eyes, and there have a number of domestic and foreign institutions dedicating to the research and commercial device production. Firstly, the paper introduces the development of foreign coherent doppler wind lidar, and then describes the typical device product and its techni- cal capability of countries such as America, France, England, Japan and Israel. Finally, the development trends of coherent doppler wind lidar in China are also presented, which provides reference for the development of coher- ent wind lidar.
