摘要
Tm:YLF晶体因其优良的机械性能及光谱特性,成为1.9μm激光器的首选晶体。为获得高效率、高功率的1.9μmTm:YLF激光,分析了Tm:YLF晶体的物化参数、光谱特性以及单掺Tm^3+激光器的发光机理,从速率方程出发建立了Tm:YLF激光器转换效率的计算模型,利用该模型分析了输出镜透过率、泵浦一激光模式比等参数对Tm:YLF激光器转换效率的影响,并提出了参数设计范围。
With good machine performance and spectrum characteristic, Tm:YLF crystal has become the prior choice for 1.9μm laser. In order to acquire high efficiency and high power of 1.9pμm Tm:YLF laser, physico- chemical parameters, spectrum characteristic of Tm:YLF crystal and radiation mechanism of singly-doped Tm3+ laser are analyzed in this paper, and then calculation model of conversion efficiency in Tm:YLF laser is established via rateequation. The parameter effect of output coupler transmittance and the ratio of pump-laser mode on conversion efficiency in Tm.YLF laser is analyzed by this calculation model, and the design scope of those pa- rameters is put forward.
