摘要
汽车碰撞试验需要大量实车,并且具有不可重复性,因此滑台试验具有非常重要的意义。为降低研究成本和缩短开发周期,以某车型汽车安全气囊为研究对象,采用数字化设计方法,阐述了气囊组件设计方案,完成了驾驶员安全气囊(DAB)结构设计,制造了试验样件;通过多次滑台优化试验,获得理想的伤害值数据;获得的假人速度及加速度数据曲线符合设计要求。为实车试验提供了基础数据,提高了整车碰撞安全性,为安全气囊的快速设计提供理论和借鉴依据。
A large number of real cars are needed and are unrepeatable in crash test, therefore sled test has very important significance. In order to reduce research cost and shorten the development cycle, taking a car airbag as the research object, the airbag components design scheme was expounded, and the structure design of a ear driver airbags (DAB) was completed based on digital design software, and the test prototype was manufactured. The ideal damage data was obtained through a few sled tests, the speed and acceleration curve obtained complied with the design requirements. Those provided basic data for the real vehicle test, improved the safety of vehicle collision, and provided theoretical basis and reference for rapid airbags design.
