摘要 为研究2种不同结构形式的排气歧管对某汽油发动机性能的影响,通过理论分析,从排气压降损失、排气均匀性和排气干扰等方面对比了2种方案的优劣,并在发动机台架试验中,通过测量发动机扭矩、功率、燃油消耗率和排气背压等参数,验证了2种方案对发动机动力性和燃油经济性的影响程度。结果表明,采用不锈钢钢管焊接形式的排气歧管在对发动机动力性和燃油经济性的提升上优于采用冲压钢板焊接形式的排气歧管。 Discussed the influence of two different types of exhaust manifold construction on the gasoline engine performance. Two schemes are compared based on the theoretical analysis from the exhaust pressure loss, exhaust uniformity and interference. The influence of two schemes on the engine dynamics and fuel economy is verified from engine torque, power, fuel consumption rate and exhaust back pressure on the bench test. The result proved that exhaust manifold with the stainless steel welding is better than the stamping plates welded exhaust manifold in improving the engine dynamic performance and fuel economy.
