摘要
道路载荷谱对于车辆零部件疲劳耐久试验的研究有着重要意义。通过试验场采集到车辆零部件关键点的时域载荷信号,再将该信号基于疲劳损伤等效原理转化后用于台架试验,可以极大缩短汽车零部件疲劳寿命开发周期,提高经济效益。以汽车后桥横梁稳定杆为例,阐述了道路载荷谱与疲劳损伤等效原理相结合在汽车零部件耐久性试验评价中的应用,提出了关于零部件疲劳耐久性试验方案的一种思路,即将实际道路谱载荷转化为易于实现的循环载荷,从而快速、有效地进行室内台架加速耐久试验,可供在其他零部件耐久性试验评价中参考。
Road load spectrum for the research of vehicle parts fatigue test has important significance. It can greatly shorten the fatigue life of auto parts development cycle and improve the economic benefit through putting the acquisition data into rig test based on equivalent damage assumption. This paper takes a stabilizer bar as an example and illustrates the acquisition of road spectra and application of equivalent damage assumption in rig test evaluation. The paper introduces an idea on fatigue test of auto parts that can convert the real road spectrum load into cyclic load, in order to do indoor road durability simulation test rapidly and effectively, providing reference for fatigue test evaluation of other auto parts.
