摘要
乘用车设计及使用过程中经常会出现接地失效的情况,引发如电气系统失效、电磁干扰、线束自燃及发动机熄火等问题,有些严重问题会威胁到乘员的生命安全。通过对接地失效的紧固系统进行力矩测试、连接状态检查及接地性能测试等,对问题进行全面分析及验证,解决了乘用车接地失效的问题。总结出针对接地螺栓的搭铁性能要求及试验方法,在某轿车产品上广泛应用后,取得了良好效果。
Fail-grounding often occurs in passenger vehicle design and driving, causing a lot of problems, such as electronics system failure, electromagnetic interferenee, serious wire harness burning, engine flameout, some of them will threaten the safety of the passengers. Fail-grounding is solved through the torque test for fastening system, connection status check, grounding performanee test and other methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis. The grounding performance requirements and test methods are summarized, and are widely used in some passenger cars, achieving good effects.
