养老社区规模控制研究

Research on Scale Control for the Senior Living Community

科学地确定规模是养老社区空间规划首先要考虑的问题。然而,目前存在部分养老社区由于规模控制不当,未能充分体现对老年人的人性关怀。为养老社区规划设计中的规模控制问题提供参考,文章主要以老年人的生理、心理以及行为特征等因素为重要依据,针对养老社区的用地、人口以及建筑面积等方面提出一些相对可操作的数字结果和公式。

Scientifical determination of the scale should be firstly taken into account for the spatial planning of senior living communiiy. However, there also exists scale control improperly for a part of aged communities, which can＇ t represent the human care for the aged. In this paper, some digital results and formula were proposed for the land use, population and construction area of the senior living community, in which the physiology, psychology and behavioral characteristics of the aged were chosen for significant factors. Results from this paper would be benefit for the scale control for planning and design of senior living community.
