摘要
以泰宁某住宅项目8#楼基础设计为例,研讨山地高层建筑的基础设计,该工程采用筏板和人工挖孔桩相结合的基础,基础浅埋,人工挖孔桩用于承当大震作用(不包括风荷载组合)下的基底拉力,并复核结构的抗倾覆和零应力区使其满足规范要求。
This paper analyzed on the foundation design of the 8# tower in a residential building project in Taining. The project adopted manual digging pile foundation combined with raft, shallow buried. Manual digging pile beared the foundation tension in condition of megaseism when wind load combination was not included. By checking the structure of anti overturning and zero stress area.
