当前,国家经济发展进入新常态,勘察设计行业持续低迷,形势复杂多变、生存压力大依然是行业的主基调。在此背景下,探讨新常态下勘察设计单位企业文化落地的途径和方法,助推企业发展转型有着积极意义。文章结合福建省建筑设计研究院促进企业文化落地的实践经验,通过讨论勘察设计企业文化落地路径与方法的总体思路、实施战略、实施载体,强调企业文化建设应以人为本,从宏观和微观着手,全方位、多角度地有序推进文化落地。

At present, the national economic development into the new normal, investigation ＆ architecture design industry continued to slump, the situation is complex and changeable, the pressure of survival is still the main tone of the industry. In this context, to investigate the new normal investigation ＆ architecture design institute under the way of corporate culture landing and methods to boost the development of enterprises has a positive significance. This paper, in connection with the practical experience of corporate culture landing in Fujian provincial institute of architecture design and research, discusses the general idea of implementing the path and method of cultural investigation ＆ architecture design institute. It emphasizes that the enterprise culture should be based on people and proceed from macro and micro Orientation, multi - angle orderly to promote cultural landing.
