摘要
基于人力资源信息系统案例实施应用和人力资源管理长期实践,文章以福建省建筑设计研究院为例,详细叙述了当前勘察设计企业人力资源信息化的动因及其主要任务、组织实施,并评析了人力资源信息化的效果。
Based on the application of EHR system and long - term practice of human resource management, the paper takes Fujian Provincial Institute of Architectural Design and Research as the example, stating the reasons, tasks and implementation of HR informatization at enterprises of architectural investigation and design, and analyzing the of effects of it.
