摘要
近年来,青少年欺凌行为频发,成为阻碍青少年身心健康发展的社会问题之一。随着信息技术的发展,欺凌行为逐步向网络平台拓展,衍生出网络欺凌这一新的欺凌形式。网络欺凌与传统欺凌既有许多相似之处,又在特征、测量方法、动机以及影响因素等方面各具特点。在梳理网络欺凌与传统欺凌之间异同,厘清两者界限的基础上,探索社会工作介入青少年欺凌行为的"预防型-补救型"路径,引导"学校-家庭-社会"构建三位一体的预防和治理机制,将更有针对性地应对青少年欺凌问题。
In recent years, young people bullying behaviors have become one of the social problems which hinder the development of young people's physical and mental health . With the development of information technolo- gy, bullyin gradually expands to the network platform.As a new form of bullying, cyber bullying comes into being. There are many similarities between cyber bullying and traditional bullying, and either has its own uniqueness. Both of them have aroused widespread concern in academia, and the related research is also rich, but the exploratory research of comparative analysis is rare. In order to clarify the boundaries between cyberbullying and traditional bullying and to study and effectively prevent bullying, there is an urgent need to analyze the differences in characteristics, measurement, motivation and influencing factors.
