The smart phone is an essential tool for college students＇ communication and entertainment and has a great effect on college students＇ life and study. The survey finds that college students＇ using smart phones during the class has become an outstanding problem and contradiction in the teaching activities for college classroom. Through analysis of the psychology of college students relying on mobile phones, the deep level reasons inside the teach-ing in colleges and universities are explored. Colleges and universities can strengthen the cultivation of college students themselves, promote the construction of campus culture, improve teachers＇ teaching level, perfect the comprehensive evaluation mechanism and other measures to resolve the problems.
