摘要 目的探讨氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入溶液与异丙托溴铵溶液治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取医院2015年5月至2016年7月收治的小儿哮喘患儿128例,随机分为两组,各64例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入溶液与异丙托溴铵溶液治疗。比较两组患儿哮喘治疗总有效率,临床症状(如咳嗽、气急)消退时间、肺部体征(如肺部罗音、喘鸣音)消失时间、平均住院观察时间,不良反应发生率,治疗前后呼气峰值流速、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积等肺功能指标。结果研究组患儿哮喘治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状(如咳嗽、气急)消退时间、肺部体征(如肺部罗音、喘鸣音)消失时间、平均住院观察时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率均较低(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿呼气峰值流速、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积等肺功能指标均明显改善,且研究组改善幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论氧气驱动硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入溶液与异丙托溴铵溶液治疗小儿哮喘临床疗效确切,可缩短患儿临床症状体征消退时间,改善肺功能,安全有效,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Oxygen Driven Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Solution combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution in the treatment of infantile asthma. Methods Totally 128 children patients with asthma in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the study group was treated with Oxygen Driven Salbutamol Sulfate Inhalation Solution combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, the regression time of clinical symptoms(cough, shortness of breath), pulmonary symptoms(rales, wheeze), the hospitalization time, the incidence of adverse reactions, peak expiratory flow rate before and after treatment, forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in the first second of lung function indexs were observed. Results The total effective rate in the study group is significantly higher than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The regression time of clinical symptoms(cough, shortness of breath), pulmonary symptoms(rales, wheeze), the hospitalization time in the study group is significantly shorter than those in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Both of the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups were low(P 〉 0.05). Before treatment, the difference of peak expiratory flow rate, forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in the first second, pulmonary function indexs in the two groups were not significant(P 〉 0.05), but after treatment, those indexes were significantly improved, and the study group was improved more obviously( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Oxygen Driven Inhalation of Salbutamol Sulfate Solution combined with Ipratropium Bromide Solution in the treatment of infantile asthma is effective, and can accelerate the clinical symptoms signs, improve lung function without significant adverse reactions. It is safe and effective, and worthy of clinical promotion.
