摘要
利用MoldFlow软件对仪表前壳注射过程进行模流分析,通过设定不同的浇口位置,分析其填充时间、填充压力、流动前沿温度及缩痕指数变化情况,获得最佳浇口位置,便于模具设计。
The flow situation of an injection mold for the instrument front case injecting process was analyzed by means of MoldFIow software.The filling time, filling pressure, flow front temperature and shrinkage index of the injection molding process were studied, and the best gate location was obtained to meet mould design.
