对冲压模具开发成本进行初步的预估,介绍了目前主流的七座SUV的车型铸造模件的吨位及预算,并对冲压生产过程中的关键因素,及材料利用率提升的方法进行了简要介绍,对冲压开发成本和制造成本估算有一定的借鉴作用。
