耳鼻喉门诊治疗室中应用人性化护理的效果评价 被引量:10

摘要 目的探究耳鼻咽喉科门诊治疗中应用人性化护理的效果。方法选取从2015年10月~2015年12月共2260例到门诊做鼻咽喉镜检查的患者,其中男性919例,女性1341例,最小年龄为5岁(1例),最大年龄为86岁(3例),年龄小于16岁的患者有17人,男性9例,女性8例,平均年龄11.8岁,80到86岁的患者有18人,男性14例,女性4例,平均年龄82.6岁。随机选取其中1291例患者作为实验组,969例作为对照组,并分别实施人性化护理和传统护理。调查分析患者自身焦虑情况、对护士的信任度和满意度满意度等。结果耳鼻喉科病人对护士的满意度,信任感以及对治疗的配合度都有所提高,比较分析数据资料,对照组各项指标均不如实验组,切差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随着社会的进步,人们的文化素质与健康意识不断提高,医院作为服务性行业应当注重个性化与人性化的医疗服务,满足病患的生理及心理需求,提高病人对医护的信任度与满意度对耳鼻喉科室的就诊工作意义非凡。 Objective Explore the effect of humanized nursing which is applied in the treatment of ENT department. Method 2260 cases of patients with examination of otolaryngology scope from October 2015 to December 2015. There are 919 cases of men and 1341 cases of women, and 1case of youngest patient who is 5, 3 cases of oldest patients who are 86. There are 17cases of patients whose age is under 16 and average age is 11.8, 9 of them are boys and 8 of them are girls. Also, there are 18 cases of patients whose age is between 80 and 86 and average age is 82.6, 14 of them are men and 4 of them are women. According to the different nursing method, they were divided into 1291 cases of experimental group of humanistic nursing and 969 cases of control group of traditional nursing at random. Inveatigate and analyze the anxiety situation of the patients, their sense of trust and satisfaction to the nurses. Results According to the analysis of the data, sense of trust, satisfaction and compliance of the patients of the ENT department to the nurses has enchanced a lot, and the indicators of experimental group were better than those of control grouop, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion People's culture qualities and health value has constantly improved with the progess of the society, hospital, as a service department, should focus on humanistic and personalization meidical nursing, satisfy the psychology require of the patients. It's very important for treatment of ENT department to improve sense of trust and satisfaction of the patients.
