A Statistical Analysis and Evaluation of Mining Cities' Transformation Ability Based on Factor Analysis

摘要 能源与环境问题日益突出,矿业城市的可持续发展受到广泛关注。为了评价和研究我国矿业城市的产业转型能力,选取中国的10个重点矿业城市,运用SPSS软件,基于因子分析来评价矿业转型能力。经过研究,把10个城市按照分数高低分为4类,转型能力较强的为唐山市,其次还有转型能力一般的邯郸、鞍山、包头、淮南、马鞍山,最后是转型能力较弱的大庆、枣庄、平顶山,以及转型能力弱的莱芜。依此提出发展建议,为矿业城市转型及可持续发展提供依据。 The energy and environmental issue has become increasingly prominent, and the sustainable development of the mining cities has received widespread attention. In order to evaluate and study the industrial transformation ability of China' s mining cities, this paper, based on factor analysis, selects 10 key mining cities of China to evaluate their mining transformation ability by using the SPSS software. Researches show that by dividing the 10 mining cities into 4 categories on the basis of their scores, the city that has the stronger transformation ability is Tangshan, followed by Handan, Anshan, Baotou, Huainan, and Ma'anshan. The cities that have much weaker transformation ability are Daqing, Zaozhuang, and Pingdingshan, followed by Laiwu, the city of the weakest transformation ability. Based on the above, this paper proposes the developmental suggestions, so as to provide the foundations for the transformation of mining cities and the sustainable development.
