随迁老人的城市适应问题探析

An Deep Exploration to the Urban Adaptation of the Trailing Eld

通过对兰州市20位随迁老人的深度访谈,对随迁老人的城市适应情况进行分析,发现随迁老人在城市适应中存在一些问题。从随迁老人的精神健康出发,探究影响随迁老人城市适应的因素,指出随迁老人能否适应城市生活,与随迁老人的个性特征、子女对随迁老人精神上是否关爱、随迁老人在人际交往中获得的情感支持等因素密切相关;随迁老人自身要积极主动适应城市生活,子女要关注随迁老人的情感需求及精神关爱,社区吸纳社会工作者运用社会工作的理念、方法为随迁老人服务,挖掘社区资源,帮助随迁老人适应并融入城市。

Based on an interview with 20 trailing elderly people in Lanzhou City, this paper aims to analyze the urban adaptability of this group. There are some problems in urban adaptation. On the basis of previous studies, this paper, from the mental health aspect, explores the factors to the urban adaptation of the trailing elders, points out whether the elderly can adapt to the city is closely related to their personality, the spiritual care from their children and the emotional support acquired from interpersonal communication; the elderly themselves should take the initiative to adapt to the city life, and their children should pay attention to the emotional needs and offer spiritual care to them, meanwhile the community, by using social work principles and methods, should recruit social workers to serve the elderly, making full use of the social resources and helping them better adapt to and then integrate into the urban environment.
