基于新型城镇化发展理念的被撤并镇规划对策研究——以张家港市港口小城镇为例

在快速城镇化进程中我国撤并了大量的小城镇,其中部分被撤并镇出现了不同程度的衰落。新型城镇化的推进为这些小城镇发展带来了新机遇,同时也提出了新要求和新高度;要实现撤并镇的新发展,必须依据新型城镇化的理念,提出新的战略思路。研究以张家港市港口小城镇为对象,分析其撤并后存续的优势和面临的困境,运用"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新型城镇化理念,在发展定位、功能组织、物质及环境建设方面提出发展对策。
