本文深入分析军工电子装备企业标准化工作要求,整合构建以标准化基础评价指标和激励评价指标为主体,覆盖企业标准化组织管理和电子装备研制生产标准化等方面的军工电子装备企业标准化工作评价指标体系,为全面、客观、有效的评价标准化工作提供有效支撑,促进军工电子装备企业标准化工作规范化、常态化、有序化发展,并为标准化工作能力和工作水平的持续改进提升奠定基础。

The paper analysis military electronic enterprise standardization requirements, construct the standardization of basic evaluation indicators and incentive evaluation index as the main integration, cov- ering enterprise standardization management , electronic equipment development and production of mili- tary electronic equipment standardization, standardization of enterprise evaluation index system, compre- hensive, objective and effective evaluation standard provide effective support to promote the standardized military electronic equipment enterprise standardization, normalization, orderly development, continuous improvement and work ability and work level for the promotion of standard basis.
