摘要
为应对当前复杂的战场电磁环境,现代雷达系统的多功能化发展趋势越来越明显,其对收发系统提出了发射多模工作、接收宽窄带适应等诸多要求。本文介绍了一种应用于某多功能雷达系统的低成本多模式收发系统设计,通过可重构通道走向的接收链路设计以及对功率GaN器件的应用,实现了系统灵活多变的模式组合,满足了系统应用要求。对后续开展多功能雷达收发系统设计具有借鉴意义。
In response to today's complex battlefield electromagnetic environment, the trend of multi- functional radar systems is being obviously, the multi-mode transmitter, the adaptive-bandwidth receiver and many other requirements are proposed for the transceiver system. This article describes a low-cost transceiver design for the muhifunction radar system. By design a reconfigurable channels and using GaN devices, the transeeiver get flexible mode combination ability. This experience is important reference for the design of multifunction radar transceiver systems.
