全寿命周期造价管理,就是对工程建设项目的建设、使用、翻新及拆除时期的造价管理。工程项目建设单位是管理的核心,因而需要不断加强自身管理,合理掌握成本造价,实现最大化的经济效益。论文主要研究了工程建设项目全寿命周期造价管理的阶段措施,并提出了几个需要注意的问题,以供行业相关人员参考。

Total life cycle cost management is the cost management in the period of construction, use, renovation and demolition of project construction projects. The project construction unit is the core of management, so it is necessary to continuously strengthen its own management, reasonably grasp the cost, and realize the economic benefit of maximization. This paper mainly studies the stage of engineering construction projects of the whole life cycle cost management measures, and puts forward several questions need to be attention, in order to offer reference for the related personnel.
