在我国铁路基层站段中,由于思想限制和管理水平的落后,使得我国铁路基层站段治安管理中出现对治安管理重视不足、治安管理体制存在漏洞以及治安管理人员管理理念和水平不高等问题,进而影响铁路基层管理的运营和发展。在这样的状况下,如何加强铁路基层站段治安管理,提高治安管理的质量和效率成为铁路部门的重中之重。
