摘要 鉴于信任是PPP项目成功的关键因素,分析了信任的影响因素,识别出社会资本选择的24个信任指标,用AHP方法计算每一指标的权重,为PPP项目中选择社会资本提供参考。 As the trust is a key factor to the success of the PPP projects, this paper analyzes the factors that influence it, and identifies 24 trusting indicators for the selection of social capital. Byusing the AHP method to calculate the weight of each index, it provides reference for the selection of social capital in PPP projects.
